Amir Alliance For Success is a grass-roots organization committed to promoting positive lifestyle changes and inspiring leadership in children, youth, and families. Our first project, the "Walk Away, No Drama Today!" t-shirt drive, is focused on utilizing inspirational messaging to avoid negativity and foster better choices. The movement began with the strong support of the Southeast San Diego community and our local alliances and has rapidly spread nationwide. Our organization has a diverse array of alliances, including our individual supporters, military personnel, law enforcement, churches, schools, community organizations, and celebrities.

Amir Alliance For Success was developed based on the life experiences of former foster youth Dalesean Lynch. As a child, Dalesean was exposed to a chaotic lifestyle, which impacted his thought process as an adult. After encountering several life-changing events, he began to examine his thinking patterns and make a change.
